I asked the same question again and got a different result

You asked, drew three cards, and got an answer that felt clear. Then a few days later you asked again — after a night of sleep, or after your answers to the selections had shifted — and the cards were nothing like the first set. The confusion lands fast: which one is real, which one was wrong, is the tool broken or are you? A repeated question producing different results is not a malfunction. It is a signal about the nature of the tool and the state of the person using it. Before you draw a third time, it helps to understand what a change in the cards might actually be reflecting.

01

Tarot is not a thermometer — it does not take one temperature

Love in View produces results based on selections you make about your situation: what has been happening, how contact feels, what you need. Those selections can change day to day because your perspective changes — you slept on the problem, a new detail surfaced, a conversation shifted the weight of something. When the cards change, they are often reflecting that internal shift rather than delivering a contradictory prediction. The tool is responsive to you, not to a fixed external truth it is trying to measure twice. Treat the difference between two readings as information about what is moving inside you, not as evidence that one reading was a lie.

02

When to trust the shift, and when to stop asking

A result that differs after a genuine change — new information, a calmer mood, a conversation that clarified something — may be worth sitting with. The reading you do when you are rested and clear is usually more useful than the one you did at midnight in a spiral. But if you are drawing repeatedly because you did not like the first answer, or because you are trying to get the cards to say what you hope is true, you are no longer using the tool for reflection. You are using it to manage anxiety. At that point, the most useful thing the cards can do is to stop and pay attention to the feeling that keeps reaching for another draw.

03

How to work with the difference productively

Put the two results side by side. Instead of asking which one is correct, ask: what was different about me when I drew each one? What did I hope the second reading would say that the first did not? The gap between two readings can be more revealing than either one alone — it shows you what you are anxious about, what you are hoping to hear, and where you may be outsourcing a decision you already have the information to make. A card can prompt a question. It cannot resolve a question you refuse to sit with.

Questions you might have

Does getting different results mean the reading is random?

No — it means the selections you make shift as your perspective does, which is exactly what a reflective tool should allow. Randomness would produce no relationship to your state; responsiveness produces variation that you can learn from if you track what changed between draws.

How should I use Love in View when I feel like asking again?

The free first result from six quick selections gives you a frame — and then the tool encourages you to sit with that frame rather than immediately redrawing. If you want to revisit after a genuine shift, the same entry will be there. But the product is designed to help you reflect, not to supply endless confirmations.
